About Us:

The Global Design Co. (GDC) is a premium wedding planning company known for designing high-end, experience-driven destination weddings across the globe. We specialize in creating deeply personalized celebrations with a strong focus on detail, aesthetics, and seamless execution.


Role Overview:

This role is a core revenue-driving position.

You will be responsible for managing the complete client journeyfrom the first enquiry to meeting, pitching, follow-ups, and closing the sale.

You are not just handling leadsyou are converting them into confirmed weddings.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to all incoming leads (Instagram, website, referrals, WhatsApp, calls)
  • Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and intent
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings (virtual & in-person)
  • Present GDCs services, approach, and value proposition confidently
  • Build strong emotional connection and trust with clients & families
  • Drive sales conversions through structured pitching and negotiation
  • Handle objections and guide clients toward decision-making
  • Maintain consistent and strategic follow-ups until closure
  • Keep detailed records of leads, conversations, and status (CRM/tracker)
  • Coordinate internally for smooth transition after booking
  • Work on improving scripts, pitch quality, and conversion rates


Who Were Looking For:

  • Passionate about weddings, events, and luxury experiences
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Confident in client meetings and sales conversations
  • Proven ability (or strong potential) to close deals
  • Emotionally intelligent and good at reading client behavior
  • Highly disciplined with follow-ups and pipeline management
  • Organized, proactive, and ownership-driven
  • Experience in events, hospitality, luxury sales, or relationship management is a strong advantage
