About the job

As a Managed File Transfer Specialist you will play a crucial role in ensuring the secure and efficient transfer of data between internal and external systems You will be responsible for managing file transfer processes implementing protocols monitoring performance and addressing any issues that arise The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise excellent problemsolving skills and a keen eye for detail to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of data during transmission

Experience Maintaining IBM MFT products like IBM Sterling Integrator SI IBM Control center CC IBM Connect Direct CD IBM Sterling File Gateway SFG IBM Sterling Secure Proxy SSP IBM Sterling External Authentication Server SEAS and IBM External Perimeter servers

Requirements

Proven experience in managed file transfer or data integration roles

Strong knowledge of file transfer protocols such as SFTP FTPS CD NDM and HTTPS

Familiarity with file encryption decryption and secure file transfer practices

Handson experience with MFT tools

Understanding of network protocols firewall configurations and security concepts

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to file transfer systems

Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams

Attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity and security

Working knowledge of Python and shell will be an added advantage
