Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop modern, conversion-focused websites

Build and customize WordPress websites efficiently

Use AI tools like Claude, Lovable, ChatGPT, and related platforms to speed up design and development workflows

Create responsive mobile-friendly designs

Improve website UI/UX for better conversions

Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and lead generation

Work closely with SEO team to align business growth goals

Handle redesigns, landing pages, and local business websites

Required Skills:

Strong website design sense (modern, premium, clean layouts)

Advanced WordPress experience (Elementor, themes, plugins, customization)

Experience using AI tools for website creation and optimization

Knowledge of Claude, Lovable, ChatGPT, or similar platforms

Understanding of conversion-focused design principles

Basic SEO-friendly design knowledge

Fast turnaround and problem-solving ability
