What were offering:

First 30 days: Training + Practical work experience

After 30 days: 7,000/month stipend

After 6 months: Salary can be doubled based on performance and growth

Freshers & beginners

Basic knowledge of Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or UI design

Creative mindset and willingness to learn
