Web Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer with strong expertise in Figma and AutoLayout to design intuitive, visually appealing, and responsive web interfaces.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings to understand requirements and present design solutions.

UI/UX Design: Create user-centric web designs that are visually compelling and easy to navigate. Figma Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.

AutoLayout Mastery: Build scalable, responsive layouts leveraging AutoLayout for consistency across devices.

Collaboration: Work with developers to ensure seamless handoff of design assets and maintain design integrity during implementation.

Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Creativity

Strong proficiency in Figma, including advanced use of AutoLayout.

Solid understanding of responsive design principles and web accessibility standards.

Experience with design systems and component libraries.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end practices (preferred, not mandatory).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Preferred Experience

24 years of professional experience in web design or UI/UX design.

Prior work in agency environments or with client-facing projects.

Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or InVision.

Exposure to Cursor, Replit.
