Web Application Developer

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Web Application Developer with strong experience in building full-stack applications using GoLang, Flutter, and MySQL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing front-end and back-end modules, integrating system components, deploying applications across environments, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using GoLang, Flutter, and MySQL.
• Build both front-end and back-end modules with high quality and performance standards.
• Integrate various components and services into a cohesive application platform.
• Perform end-to-end system integration testing.
• Deploy applications to UAT and production environments.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and deployment issues.
• Work closely with institutional stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and documentation guidelines.

Skills Required

• Strong proficiency in GoLang, Flutter, MySQL
• Experience in: RESTful API development and integration; Version control systems (e.g., Git); CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes; Linux-based environments; Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
• Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.
