Wealth Relationship Advisor at Bachatt!

Are you passionate about personal finance and love building client relationships? Bachatt (Trusave Fintech Pvt Ltd) a Series A funded fintech startup backed by Accel, Lightspeed & Info Edge is hiring Wealth Relationship Advisors to join our growing team.

This is a high-energy, target-driven sales role for someone who thrives on performance and wants to build a career in financial services.

What you'll do:

Acquire and onboard new clients for Bachatt's investment & savings products

Build and manage a portfolio of retail wealth clients

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Educate clients on investment products mutual funds, SIPs, savings plans

Maintain strong client relationships and drive repeat business

Work closely with the advisory team to deliver the right product to the right client

Who we're looking for:

Fresh graduates or candidates with 02 years experience in sales / BFSI / wealth / banking

Strong communication skills in Hindi and English

Hunger to hit targets and earn performance incentives

Basic understanding of financial products is a plus

NISM certifications (even partial) are an added advantage not mandatory

Location: Gurugram, Udyog Vihar (in-office)

Working days: 6 days a week
