Job Description
We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Wealth Advisor to manage and nurture relationships with retail and HNI clients while providing personalized investment advisory and financial planning solutions. The role involves understanding client financial goals, recommending suitable wealth management strategies, ensuring excellent service delivery, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities1. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with retail and HNI clients.
- Understand client financial objectives, risk appetite, and investment preferences.
- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and recommend suitable rebalancing strategies.
- Address client queries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
- Assess client financial needs including retirement planning, tax optimization, wealth creation, and goal-based investing.
- Recommend suitable investment solutions based on client requirements and risk profiles.
- Guide clients on mutual fund investments including Equity, Debt, Hybrid Funds, SIPs, ELSS, and other relevant instruments.
- Educate clients on market developments, economic trends, and investment opportunities.
- Provide continuous financial insights to help clients make informed decisions.
- Track client portfolios and review performance regularly.
- Recommend portfolio diversification and optimization strategies aligned with changing market conditions.
- Assist in increasing client portfolio value through disciplined investment planning.
- Monitor SIP continuity, investment behavior, and overall portfolio health.
- Adhere to internal policies, AMFI/NISM guidelines, and financial regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution of client transactions and servicing.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field.
- AMFI/NISM certification (mandatory).
- 27+ years of experience in wealth management, mutual funds, or financial advisory services.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, mutual funds, and investment products.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze client financial requirements and provide suitable advisory solutions.
