Warehouse Operations Executive

Locations: Hinjawadi, Pune

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Executive to manage customer coordination and

operational activities related to deliveries, pickups, recovery, and warehouse support. The

candidate should possess good communication skills, basic Excel knowledge, and the ability

to coordinate with internal teams efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through inbound and outbound calls and emails regarding pickups,

delivery schedules, recovery, and defaults

Maintain operational MIS and perform basic Excel/data entry activities

Coordinate with internal departments including Finance and Operations teams

Draft and manage emails/templates related to operational and recovery processes

Ensure timely follow-up with customers and internal stakeholders

Support day-to-day warehouse operational activities

Desired Candidate Profile:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data entry

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Comfortable working from warehouse locations

Candidate should be flexible for rotational shifts/weekend working

Working Days & Shift:

9-hour working shift

Saturday and Sunday working (weekly off on weekdays)

Experience:

03 years of relevant experience in Operations, Customer Support, Warehouse

Coordination, or Backend Operations
