About The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

• Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of inventory.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through monthly cycle counts and stock audits.
• Monitor batch-wise, expiry-wise, and FIFO/FEFO inventory movement.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.

Inbound Operations

• Supervise unloading and GRN activities.
• Verify received quantities against purchase orders and invoices.
• Ensure timely putaway of received inventory into designated locations.

Outbound Operations

• Ensure timely processing of POs
• Monitor picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Maintain SLA adherence for all shipments.

Warehouse Operations

• Manage daily warehouse activities and manpower allocation.
• Ensure proper storage of products as per company guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and safety standards.
• Optimize space utilization and storage efficiency.

Team Management

• Supervise warehouse executives, pickers, packers, and helpers.
• Conduct daily briefings and operational reviews.
• Monitor team productivity and attendance.

System & Documentation

• Ensure all transactions are updated in ERP/WMS.
• Maintain inward, outward, and inventory records.
• Coordinate with customer, transporters, and internal teams for issue resolution.

Customer Coordination (MARS Cosmetics)

• Share daily stock and dispatch reports.
• Handle inventory-related queries and escalations.
• Ensure compliance with MARS Cosmetics SOPs and service levels.

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs.
• Monitor product handling to prevent damage.
• Support internal and external audits.

Note: Training & Deployment

• The selected candidate will undergo 1 month of training at the Delhi Warehouse to understand MARS Cosmetics warehouse operations, SOPs, inventory management processes, and reporting requirements.
• Upon successful completion of the training period, the candidate will be permanently deployed at the Bangalore Warehouse as Warehouse Incharge.
• The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse operations at the Bangalore location independently.
• Daily operational reports, including Picking, Packing, Dispatch, Inventory Status, and Pending Orders, must be shared with the customer and internal stakeholders as per the defined reporting format and timelines.
• Ensure timely communication of operational issues, stock discrepancies, and dispatch exceptions to the concerned teams.
• Maintain regular coordination with MARS Cosmetics and the 3PL management team to ensure smooth warehouse operations and service level compliance.

Required Skills-

• Experience in 3PL warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems.
• Strong inventory management skills.
• Good communication and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, batch management, and stock reconciliation.

Experience-

• 24 years of warehouse operations experience.
• Experience handling Cosmetics, Beauty, or E-commerce inventory preferred.

Education-

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Supply Chain/Warehouse Management certification preferred.
