What Youll Be Doing:

In this role, you are the conductor of the warehouse floor. Your primary mission is to transform a chaotic influx of orders into a streamlined, high-speed output while maintaining a "paper-trail" that is 100% accurate.

Roles Responsibilities:

1.Dispatch & Data Management

• Review order volume and assigning tasks to the team.
• Ensure every package is labelled and loaded onto the carrier trucks on time.
• Update internal trackers and the Warehouse Management System (WMS) in real-time so other teams have a live view of our stock.

2.Inventory & Quality Control

• Lead regular & cycle counts &; (mini-audits) to make sure the physical stock on
• the shelves perfectly matches our digital records.
• Do RCA to find out why numbers don't match and fix any inventory leakages
• or errors.
• Supervise the Quality Check (QC) process to ensure every item is defect-free
• and packaged professionally.

3.Returns & Process Improvement

• Manage the "Returns Pendency area" by leading a team to quickly inspect
• and categorize returned items (restock, Salvage, or discard).
• Constantly improve the warehouse layout-like moving popular items to & hot
• zones& to make picking faster and more efficient.
