Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Accounting and Telecaller professional. The role involves managing accounting tasks such as maintaining financial records, preparing invoices, and reconciling transactions. Telecalling responsibilities include engaging with clients or customers to communicate information, address inquiries, and provide support. The selected candidate will ensure accuracy in financial processes and deliver excellent customer service to meet the organization's standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Accounting and Financial Management, including invoicing and transaction reconciliation
• Effective Communication and Telecalling skills, with a focus on building customer rapport
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office and relevant accounting tools/software
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently, prioritize workload, and complete tasks on time
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in accounting or customer interaction roles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
