Role- ServiceNow-SPM Developer (Walk-in-Interview)

Job Requirements

• 5 years of ServiceNow development experience, with strong handson expertise in SPM modules such as Demand Management, Project & Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, and Financial Management
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and Flow Designer
• Experience configuring SPM data models, portfolio structures, investment funding, cost plans, benefits plans, and alignment to business objectives
• Hands-on integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs to connect SPM with ERP, HR, or financial systems
• ServiceNow CSA certification preferred, with SPM implementation or enhancement experience in Agile / SAFe delivery environments
• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow SPM modules to support demand intake, portfolio planning, project execution, resource allocation, and financial tracking
• Develop and maintain custom scripts, workflows, and flows to automate SPM processes and improve data accuracy and governance
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects to translate portfolio and project requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Implement and support SPM reporting and dashboards, including KPIs for portfolio health, financials, capacity, and delivery status.
