JOB DESCRIPTION FOR 4B - (Team Lead Individual Contributor)


Role Summary:

Own Tier3 incidents and E2E governance without a people spanbridge Ops, Tech, Sponsor Bank/Card Brand, and Clients; shape process design, controls, and risk posture.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Major incidents:

  • Lead severity triage for brand file failures, mass outofbalance, duplicate postings, or funding blockers; drive MTTR with tech and external partners.

2. Portfolio strategy:

  • Frame Direct vs. Indirect treatment (liability, communications, fixes), ensuring contract scope is respected.

3. Reporting & governance:

  • Publish WBR/MBR decks (volumes, breaks, MTTR, aging, funding KPIs, client escalations); spotlight automation wins.

4. Client & partner liaison:

  • Frontend complex conversations with clients/sponsor banks/brands; translate to clear runbooks.


Required Skills:

  • Proven settlement architecture knowledge (Sierra/Transit TSYS FCS/FIS) and funding mechanics.
  • Strong stakeholder management and incident leadership; datadriven storytelling.
  • Advanced Excel/SQL; familiarity with ticketing (Salesforce) and release/change processes.


JOB DESCRIPTION FOR 4B - (Team Lead- People Manager (Team Handling experience is Mandatory):


Role Summary:

Lead daytoday delivery across BCM and SOS for Direct and Indirect portfolios; ensure capacity, SLA, quality, compliance, and client satisfaction while building talent density.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Delivery & capacity:

  • Forecasting, scheduling, queue balancing, and skillbased routing; realtime adherence; daily huddles.

2. Performance management:

  • Goalsetting, coaching, 1:1s, R&Rs, succession planning.

3. SLA/Quality:

  • Assure daily balancing completion, exception TAT, funding timeliness (Direct), and zero major control breaches.

4. Client governance:

  • Own WBR/MBR/QBR; ensure crisp updates in Salesforce; track RCA/CAPA to closure.

5. Process excellence:

  • Identify automation (scripts/macros), checklist digitization, and dashboarding; steward SOP refresh cadence.

6. Risk & compliance:

  • Maintain risk/control matrix; ensure SoD, access reviews, evidence retention, and audit readiness.


Required Skills:

  • People leadership in highthroughput payments/settlement environments.
  • Strong command of Direct vs. Indirect operations, client communications, and escalation handling.
  • Datadriven operations (Excel/BI), disciplined documentation, and change management.


Systems & Tools (illustrative):

  • Sierra, Transit, TSYS, FCS/FIS, IGLU/IBR screens, Salesforce (tickets/comms)
  • Sponsor bank/card brand portals, ACH/NACHA & wire interfaces, SFTP/secure file transfer
  • Excel/SQL, script/macro frameworks, evidence repository (SharePoint/Confluence)


Compliance & Controls:

  • Maker checker, SoD, access reviews, checklist/evidence retention
  • Change/release approvals for reruns/reprocessing, incident/PIR discipline
  • Client data confidentiality and privacy


Training & Certification:

  • Foundation: payment flows, scheme settlement anatomy, Direct vs. Indirect scope, funding life cycle, exception taxonomy
  • Advanced: multiday break diagnostics, brand file anatomy, sponsor bank integrations, portfolio migrations/cutovers
  • GoLive Readiness: shadowing + controlled handling + certification per role


Documents to Carry:
