Job Description:

- Qualification: BBM/B.COM / BBA ( (Only these graduates are eligible for Interview)

Purpose/Essence of the role: Process Improvement: Problem solving skills, Data Analysis, Presentation Skills and Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations for LinkedIns B2B business
Below are the roles and responsibilities aligned to the below-mentioned role / role designation:
Role: Process Specialist JL 3
- The Quality Specialist shall be responsible for Service Delivery Quality in the areas assigned
- Perform activities delegated as per Service Quality Plan
- Identify metrics to be tracked for the processes, Report the Table F performance on monthly basis
- Perform root cause identification of process failures and implementation of corrective/preventive actions
- Understanding Process of Transaction Monitoring, Validation of Sampling Plan on Qtr. basis, Random audit of TM process on key controls like %age audit, Sampling method adherence
Skills:
- Process Management: Auditing, Gap Assessment, Root cause analysis, Coaching & Feedback
- Problem solving skills, Data Analysis, Presentation Skills
- Ability to or have handled Client Governance
- End-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations for LinkedIns B2B business
- convert P.O to Sales order. - Sales order creation
