Job Description:

Purpose/Essence of the role: Process Improvement: Problem solving skills, Data Analysis, Presentation Skills and Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations for LinkedIns B2B business

Below are the roles and responsibilities aligned to the below-mentioned role / role designation:


Role: Process Specialist JL 3

  • The Quality Specialist shall be responsible for Service Delivery Quality in the areas assigned
  • Perform activities delegated as per Service Quality Plan
  • Identify metrics to be tracked for the processes, Report the Table F performance on monthly basis
  • Perform root cause identification of process failures and implementation of corrective/preventive actions
  • Understanding Process of Transaction Monitoring, Validation of Sampling Plan on Qtr. basis, Random audit of TM process on key controls like %age audit, Sampling method adherence


Skills:

  • Process Management: Auditing, Gap Assessment, Root cause analysis, Coaching & Feedback
  • Problem solving skills, Data Analysis, Presentation Skills
  • Ability to or have handled Client Governance
  • End-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations for LinkedIns B2B business
  • convert P.O to Sales order. - Sales order creation
