Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a senior techno-functional leader with strong experience in banking engineering, delivery, and solution design. The role requires a blend of hands-on solution design, team leadership, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product-base engineering and delivery of banking solutions (Lending) for Tier-1 Bank
- Work closely with clients on solutioning, techno-functional consulting, and presales
- Own client delivery, including functional requirements, non-functional requirements and scalability
- Manage large engineering teams and ensure high-quality delivery
- Engage in customer discussions, POCs, and technology positioning
- Support due diligence and product evaluations where required
Key Requirements
- 18+ years of experience in product engineering / delivery in BFSI domain
- AI-First mindset for delivering according to AIDLC
- Strong experience in Lending
- Proven expertise in architecture, microservices, leveraging DevSecOps and modern engineering practices
- Experience in client engagement, presales, or consulting roles
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
- Tech-savvy with hands-on understanding of AI platforms, API integration and enterprise systems
