Job Description
Role: VMware L3 Engineer
Location:Hyderabad,Bangalore
Exp: 8-10 yrs
Mode of interview : Virtual
Must Have Skills:
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in Infrastructure with a strong focus virtualization technology (e.g., VMware vSphere, Hyper-V), deployment, configuration, and support.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Windows and Linux Server operating systems and Active Directory. Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware vSphere, Hyper-V). Strong PowerShell scripting skills. Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Familiarity with monitoring tools.
- Education: Bachelors degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and planning skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
Good to have:
- Administration and Support for virtual machines to migrate from old storage to new storage.
- Addition of new storage to ESXI server and migrate the VM to new storage POD and troubleshooting the Citi L3 team and vendor in case of any issue.
