We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can go beyond basic design and take ownership of brand-driven creative execution.

This role is for someone who is highly skilled in advanced design tools and AI workflows, with a strong understanding of branding and performance creatives.

• Create high-impact static creatives for:
• Social media campaigns
• Performance marketing ads
• Brand communication materials
• Develop strategic design concepts aligned with brand identity and business goals
• Utilize advanced design tools and AI platforms to improve speed, quality, and innovation
• Ensure all creatives are optimized for engagement, conversion, and brand recall
• Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints
• Lead and mentor the design team to maintain high creative standards
• Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to deliver result-oriented creatives

• Strong expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, and advanced design tools
• Deep understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Proven experience in AI-powered design workflows
• Ability to create performance-driven creatives (not just visually appealing designs)
• Strong leadership and team handling skills
• High attention to detail with a result-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

• Experience in branding / advertising / digital marketing creatives
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-performing static creatives
• Prior experience in a senior or lead design role
