Visual Merchandising Designer (Graphic Designer) & Coordinator

At Melfra Design, we're growing our Visual Merchandising vertical and we're looking for a creative, detail-oriented designer who can do more than just design. Someone who can bring window displays to life from concept all the way through design.

What You'll Do

Design compelling window displays, in-store installations, and VM concepts using CorelDRAW and similar tools

Develop mood boards, layout plans, and presentation decks for client approvals

Coordinate with vendors for props, materials, and production

Liaise with the on-ground execution team to ensure designs are implemented accurately

Manage timelines and ensure projects are delivered on schedule

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in designing, visual merchandising, retail design, or a related field

Strong design skills with proficiency in CorelDRAW or similar tools

Experience coordinating with vendors or production teams is a strong plus

A good eye for aesthetics, space, and retail storytelling
