Role Description This is a contract, on-site Visual Merchandiser role based in Delhi, India. The Visual Merchandiser will design and execute in-store layouts, window displays, and product presentations that align with the stores brand and seasonal collections. Daily responsibilities include planning and refreshing visual themes, styling mannequins, coordinating color stories, and ensuring merchandise is displayed to maximize appeal and sales. The role also involves collaborating with the sales and retail teams to understand customer preferences, monitoring stock presentation, and maintaining visual standards across the store. The Visual Merchandiser will support promotional campaigns, special events, and new collection launches through impactful visual concepts.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to collaborate with store, sales, and brand teams.
• Hands-on experience in Retail environments, with an understanding of store operations and merchandising flow.
• Customer Service and Sales awareness to design displays that drive engagement and conversion.
• Proficiency in creating Window Displays and in-store visual presentations that reflect brand identity.
• Background in visual merchandising, fashion design, or related field preferred.
• Attention to detail, sense of aesthetics, and ability to work with color, proportion, and space.
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, manage deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing collections and priorities.
• Familiarity with current fashion trends and an interest in Indian designer wear is an advantage.
