We are looking for:

We are looking for a creative and versatileVisual & Marketing Designerto join our growing team at DeCentralCode. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our in-house UX/UI designerwho leads product and web experiencesto craft compelling visual content for marketing, branding, and communication.

This is an excellent opportunity for a designer who enjoys creative variety and can translate abstract ideas into polished, professional visual assets. From pitch decks to social posts and from infographics to simple animationsyoull have a chance to touch multiple brand touchpoints and help elevate our visual identity across the board.

Responsibilities:

Design marketing materials includingpitch decks, one-pagers, social media creatives, and banners(with a focus on LinkedIn).

Create and maintain branded document templates such aspresentation decks, business cards, and internal reports.

Develop simpleillustrations or infographicsto enhance storytelling and make complex ideas easier to understand.

(Nice to have) Occasionally assist withbasic animations or motion graphics, such as short explainer GIFs or animated social content.

Ensurebrand consistencyacross all visual outputs and contribute to refining the visual language when needed.

Who You Are:

A visual designer with23 years of professional experienceworking in marketing, branding, or communication design.

Skilled at crafting clean, modern, and engaging visuals with a strong attention to detail.

Experienced in designing forB2B or technology-drivenbrands.

Comfortable working withexisting brand guidelinesand enhancing them when appropriate.

Able tocollaborate efficiently, receive feedback constructively, and manage multiple tasks independently.

Curious and adaptableeager to explore and leverage evolving AI-powered design toolsto enhance creativity and productivity.

Bonus points for proficiency in tools likeFigma,Adobe CC (Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), or animation tools such asLottie or Canva.
