Visual /Graphics Designer

Visual Designer / Graphic Designer Weddings

We're looking for visual designers and graphic designers with an exceptional eye for design, strong creative instincts, and the ability to turn ideas into beautifully thought-out wedding experiences.

This role is for someone who understands aesthetics beyond trends someone who can look at a couple, their story, their personalities and their vision, and build something that feels distinctive, elevated and deeply personal to them.

You will be expected to take creative ownership from the very beginning brainstorming ideas, developing unique concepts, speaking directly with clients, understanding what they connect with, and bringing those ideas to life with a strong sense of detail and design across invitations, branding, signage, decor concepts, and overall visual identity for each wedding.

What we're looking for:

• A strong and refined design aesthetic
• A natural eye for detail, composition, colour, typography and visual storytelling
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Procreate, or Figma)
• The ability to think beyond templates and create original, fresh concepts
• The ability to brainstorm, conceptualise, present and execute ideas
• Strong creative problem-solving skills
• Someone who can take an abstract thought or emotion and translate it into a clear visual direction
• A high level of ownership and attention to detail
• Prior experience in wedding design, invitation/stationery design, branding, or event visual identity is a strong plus

We're not looking for someone who simply executes briefs. We're looking for visual and graphic designers who can create the brief, shape the vision and bring a fresh design perspective to every wedding.
