At YAAS, we partner with some of India's biggest brands. Our Visual Designer sits at the intersection of creative strategy and visual executionsomeone who thinks in stories, designs with precision, and creates work that moves audiences and animation teams forward.

What you'll do

Define visual directionlead a visual language across style, tone, colour, typography, and composition that serves the story and the brand

Storyboarding break concepts into production-ready frames with clear pacing, narrative flow, and motion intent

Moodboards curate visual references into a coherent creative direction demonstrating taste and intentional aesthetic choices

Vector illustrationcreate clean, layered, animation-friendly illustrations handed directly to the motion design team

Pitch decks design visually compelling, strategically structured decks for senior brand stakeholders

What we're looking for

A strong portfolio demonstrating work across illustration, brand, and motion-adjacent design

Mastery of Figma and Adobe Illustrator; familiarity with motion workflows is a plus

The ability to translate a creative brief into a cohesive visual systemnot just executions

Experience working on large-scale brand or advertising campaigns

Attention to detail in file organisation, naming conventions, and handoff quality

Comfort working closely with animation and motion design teams

Strong communication you can articulate why a design decision was made

Nice to have

Experience with animatics and styleframe production

Background in brand strategy or creative direction

Exposure to FMCG, D2C, or large-format digital advertising in the Indian market
