What is expected from you

Strong eye for visual composition.

Working alongside the design manager and taking the brands to the next level.

Complete understanding of the brands and proactiveness for taking the brands to the next level.

Having deep understanding of the target audiences and willingness to do ground level research to understand their needs.

Being up to date with competitors creative presence.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Having execution bias and judgement of what needs to be prioritised.

Deconstructing business requirements and building a design brief for the creative team when necessary.

Giving creative guidance to junior designers. Ability to give constructive feedback and help them grow.

Involvement in the creative team and having knowledge of their junior designers daily work.

Willingness to take ownership of any given project and ensure its execution till the finish line. Ensuring that deadlines are met.

Helping maintain the documentation of the creative journey of each brand.

What you will need

2-5 years of experience with following tools: Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, AfterEffects.,etc)

Good to have: Interdisciplinary creative skills and experience.

Proficient in design methodologies and finding design solutions.

Strong portfolio that showcases these skills.

Formal design education preferable. (Bachelors in design or more).

In-house design experience in a start-up is a plus.
