Visual Designer

RetronAI is building an AI software development platform that helps people turn ideas into production-ready software using AI agents.

We're looking for a creative Visual Designer who can bring our brand to life through beautiful graphics, engaging videos and compelling visual storytelling. You'll work directly with the founder to create content that will be seen by thousands of founders, developers and businesses.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality social media graphics for LinkedIn, X, Instagram and other platforms.
• Create motion graphics, product videos and promotional videos.
• Edit short-form videos for product launches, demos and marketing campaigns.
• Design website graphics, landing pages, banners, presentations and marketing assets.
• Develop illustrations, icons and visual assets that strengthen the RetronAI brand.
• Work closely with the marketing team to turn ideas into compelling visual content.
• Maintain and evolve RetronAI's visual identity across all channels.
• Stay updated with the latest design and motion design trends.

Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Design or Motion Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color and branding.
• Ability to create both static and animated marketing content.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for SaaS or technology companies.
• Experience creating social media content.
• Basic UI design knowledge.
• Experience with AI-powered creative tools.
