Were looking for a Visual Designer with 2-3 years of experience who can create strong, high-quality visual work across digital, social, branding, presentations, and campaign assets. We need someone with solid design fundamentals, strong Photoshop skills, and hands-on experience with AI creative tools.

• Design creatives for digital campaigns, social media, websites, ads, presentations, and brand communication
• Create polished static assets, campaign creatives, and performance marketing visuals
• Handle image editing, retouching, compositing, mockups, and visual enhancement in Photoshop
• Maintain brand consistency across formats and clients
• Work closely with copywriters, strategists, marketers, and other designers to bring briefs to life
• Contribute to concepts and execute ideas with speed and quality
• Use AI tools for ideation, image generation, editing, variations, and faster creative production
• Stay updated on design trends, visual culture, and new creative workflows

• 23 years of experience in visual design, graphic design, or a similar role
• A strong portfolio with digital, campaign, social, branding, and presentation work
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop
• Working knowledge of Illustrator w
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, hierarchy, and color
• Skills in:
• photo editing
• retouching
• background removal
• compositing
• color correction
• mockup creation
• visual enhancement
• Ability to work across multiple formats and quick turnaround timelines
• Good communication skills and openness to feedback

• Comfortable using AI tools as part of the design process
• Experience with AI for:
• visual exploration and concept generation
• image generation
• AI-assisted editing and retouching
• mockups and creative variations
• Ability to turn AI-generated outputs into polished, brand-ready work

• Agency or fast-paced creative environment experience
• Basic motion or video tool knowledge
• Experience with ads, e-commerce, social, and campaign design
• Awareness of current AI design workflows

• Strong visual taste
• Speed with quality
• Attention to detail
• Good design judgment
• Proactive attitude
• Curiosity for new tools and workflows
