Visual Designer & Execution Specialist

About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, execution-focused designer who can take a creative brief and turn it into polished, production-ready work fast.

This isn't a conceptual role , its about delivering what the client wants and about owning the craft end-to-end. You'll work across social media, print, packaging, and illustration, and you'll be comfortable talking directly with clients to understand their needs and present your thinking.

What You'll Deliver

• Social media creatives (static and design for animated formats)
• Print collateral brochures, flyers, banners, posters
• Packaging design layout, dieline, print-ready files
• Illustration work (a strong advantage)
• Campaign assets and brand templates
• AI creatives - video | static | photography

What You'll Do

• Read a creative brief and translate it into production-ready design with minimal back-and-forth
• Produce high-quality work across social formats, print, packaging, and illustration
• Independently manage your workload, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines without hand-holding
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical production issues quickly colour profiles, print specs, file exports, resolution, bleed and trim
• Join client calls, present work clearly, and respond to feedback in a professional, solution-oriented manner
• Think like a design problem solver understand the brief's objective, not just its instructions
• Maintain clean, organised file structures and version control across all projects
• Be available for urgent turnarounds on Saturdays when the project demands it

Tools You Must Know

• Adobe Photoshop compositing, retouching, digital assets
• Adobe Illustrator vector artwork, logos, icons, illustrations

You're a Great Fit If

• You've worked in a studio or agency where speed and accuracy both mattered
• You've handled print production you know the difference between RGB and CMYK and you don't wait to be told
• You can context-switch between a packaging layout and an Instagram carousel in the same day
• Clients don't scare you you can explain a design decision clearly and take feedback constructively
• You run your own task list, flag blockers early, and don't need daily check-ins
• Illustration skills are a bonus even a working knowledge of hand or digital illustration sets you apart

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, full-time. On-call availability on Saturdays for urgent client deliverables advance notice will be given wherever possible.
