Visual Designer Marketing & Brand Location: Bengaluru Experience: 5-6 Years Joining: Immediate About Anandi School Anandi School is a new-age IB school built around a Harvard-inspired 4+1 learning model, where students spend 4 days in classroom learning and 1 day solving real-world problems with real-world mentors. We are looking for a creative, entrepreneurial, and AI-native Visual Designer to help build and scale the Anandi School brand.

What You'll Do

Lead visual storytelling and brand expression across all channels.

Create compelling marketing campaigns for admissions, events, programs, and community initiatives.

Design high-quality digital and print assets including:

Social media creatives Brochures and prospectuses Website and landing page visuals Event branding and marketing collateral Motion graphics and short-form videos

Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Collaborate closely with leadership, admissions, content, and marketing teams.

Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, design, image generation, and video creation.

Who We're Looking For

5-6 years of experience in visual design, brand design, marketing design, or creative strategy.

Experience working with brands, startups, agencies, D2C, education, or purpose-driven organizations.

Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-building and storytelling capabilities.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and work independently.

Strong visual aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail. Skills & Tools Must Have: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva Preferred: Midjourney, Claude, Runway, Adobe Firefly, AI video tools, motion graphics, video editing
