About The Role

The Motion Story is looking to hire a highly creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to join our clients, the Amazon Prime Video creative team. This role sits at the intersection of creative excellence and operational efficiency, supporting high- volume digital asset production across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality, on-brand digital assets aligned with business and marketing goals
• Create and optimize key art, layouts, and promotional visuals across regions and platforms
• Execute mock-ups, creative decks, and localized adaptations following brand guidelines
• Manage multiple projects, including high-priority and rush requests, ensuring timely delivery
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders through kick-offs, updates, and feedback loops
• Maintain template systems, style guides, and asset libraries
• Ensure file organization, version control, and platform readiness
• Work closely with marketing, production, and QA teams to ensure quality control
• Identify opportunities to improve design workflows and production efficiency

Basic Qualification

• 2-4+ years of experience in a creative agency or production environment
• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or related field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility and design thinking (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Figma
• Strong English communication skills (Versant test required)

Preferred Qualification

• Experience working with digital asset management systems or libraries
• Strong understanding of marketing and advertising design principles
• Ability to handle high-volume production workflows
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation and efficiency
