About the Role

Were on the lookout for a Visual Designer who can transform ideas into powerful visuals and shape our brands digital identity. If youre someone who blends creativity with a sharp eye for detail and thrives in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.

Create Visuals for Content & Marketing

• Design thumbnails, visuals, and creative assets for YouTube, social media, campaigns, landing pages, and websites
• 
  
• Translate briefs into clear visual concepts and execute them end-to-end
• 
  
• Collaborate with content and video teams on storyboards, style frames, and motion assets

Design with Performance Awareness

• Iterate on thumbnails and creatives using performance signals (CTR, engagement cues)
• 
  
• Balance strong visual taste with clarity and effectiveness

Own Visual Branding for Marketing

• Maintain and evolve Airtribes visual language across marketing and external touchpoints
• 
  
• Ensure consistency and premium quality across formats and channels

Collaborate & Deliver

• Work closely with content, video, and marketing teams
• 
  
• Manage multiple design tasks and fast turnarounds without compromising quality

Design Experience

• 24+ years of experience in visual / communication design
• 
  
• Strong portfolio across marketing, branding, and digital content

Craft & Tools

• Excellent command of typography, layout, color, and composition
• 
  
• Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and AI tools like MidJourney
• 
  
• Strong image-making, photo treatment, and compositing skills
• 
  
• Bonus: Motion design, reels, or launch videos

Analytical & Ownership Mindset

• Uses performance signals to improve creative work
• 
  
• Thinks like a brand owner responsible for consistent, premium visuals
• 
  
• High bar for execution quality; detail-oriented and reliable

• Strong marketing & communication design background
• 
  
• Top-tier visual craft and execution quality
• 
  
• Experience building or maintaining a visual identity for scaled brands
