About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Content Designer / Multimedia Designer with hands-on experience in both graphic design and video production. The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating content in multiple languages and adapting designs as per brand requirements for diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging social media graphics, ads, banners, posters, thumbnails, and branding assets
• Create and edit videos for campaigns, social media, product launches, and promotional content
• Produce motion graphics/animations where needed (added advantage)
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual content
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and convert them into compelling visual communication
• Adapt creative content for multiple languages, layouts, and target audiences
• Follow timelines and manage multiple design projects simultaneously
• Stay updated with trends in digital design, reels, editing styles, and branding

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design + video editing
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator / Figma or similar tools
• Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci or similar video editing tools
• After Effects or motion graphics tools (bonus)
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand identity
• Ability to create content for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Comfortable working with content in multiple languages (you dont have to speak themjust design based on provided text)
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in social media creatives for campaigns
• Understanding of marketing & audience psychology
• Creative thinking with a problem-solving approach
