Visual Communication Designer

Job Summary:

As a Visual Communication Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs and communication materials that effectively convey brand messages and engage target audiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative solutions across various mediums. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, excellent creative skills, and the ability to effectively communicate through visual elements.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to understand project briefs and objectives.
• Develop and execute creative concepts, designs, and layouts for a variety of mediums, including print & digital.
• Design and produce marketing collateral, including Social media posts, flyers, posters, banners, Branding etc..
• Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all communication materials.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design techniques, and software tools to continuously enhance design skills and adopt best practices.
• Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, and other team members to integrate visual and written elements effectively.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design assets while adhering to project timelines and deadlines.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on project requirements and business objectives.
• Maintain organized design files, assets, and project documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Visual Communication Designer or a similar role.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Ability to think creatively and translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in visual elements.
