Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Visa Executive, based in our Thane office. The primary responsibilities include managing visa applications and documentation processes, assisting clients with visa requirements, coordinating with embassies or consulates, and staying updated with the latest visa regulations. The role requires attention to detail, effective communication with clients, and ensuring a smooth and efficient visa application experience.

• Strong knowledge of visa processing procedures and documentation requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and consulates
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client cases efficiently
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to address client concerns
• Proficiency in using office software and tools for documentation and correspondence
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage workload effectively
• Prior experience in visa processing or travel services is a plus
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field preferred
