As a Visa Counselor, you will:

Assist clients in preparing and submitting visa applications

Provide accurate guidance on visa policies and procedures

Handle client queries and resolve concerns efficiently

Organize and verify documentation to ensure compliance

Manage cases from start to finish with professionalism

Build strong relationships with clients and maintain trust

Strong knowledge of visa processes and immigration policies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail

Problem-solving mindset with client-focused approach

Basic computer proficiency for documentation and communication

Familiarity with IELTS/PTE or international education is a plus

Bachelors degree or relevant professional experience
