Position: Videographer

Experience -3+ years

Location: 3 days Vashi and 2 days BKC

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Video Production & Shooting

Plan, shoot, and direct high-quality video content including leadership interviews, corporate films, event coverage, product launches, and brand campaigns.

Operate professional-grade cameras (DSLR/mirrorless/cinema cameras) and manage on-site lighting, audio, and equipment setups.

Work across diverse locations including offices, studios, factory floors, and external events.

Conduct briefings and coordinate shoot logistics with internal teams and external vendors.

Post-Production & Editing

Edit footage into polished, broadcast-quality videos using industry-standard software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or equivalent).

Perform colour grading, sound mixing, motion graphics, and subtitle/caption integration to the highest standards.

Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all video content in alignment with brand guidelines.

Manage asset libraries, footage archives, and project files in an organised manner.

Content Strategy & Digital Channels

Create platform-optimised content (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, website) tailored to audience, format, and channel best practices.

Collaborate with the communications team on content calendars, campaign plans, and storytelling frameworks.

Ideate and propose original content concepts that enhance the Groups corporate narrative and thought leadership positioning.

Monitor content performance metrics and incorporate data-driven insights into future productions.
