We're Hiring: Videographer & Photographer Intern

(3-Month Paid Internship Opportunity for Full-Time Employment)

If yes, this is your opportunity to gain real-world experience by working with multiple brands, covering corporate shoots, events, promotional campaigns, and building a strong creative portfolio.

Key Responsibilities Photography & Videography

• Capture high-quality photos and videos for client projects, corporate branding, marketing campaigns, and social media.
• Shoot promotional videos, leadership interviews, testimonials, events, product showcases, and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Plan and execute shoots with proper framing, lighting, composition, and camera settings.
• Set up and operate cameras, lighting, microphones, gimbals, and other production equipment.
• Coordinate with the creative and marketing teams during shoots.
• Travel to client locations whenever required for photography and videography assignments.

Editing & Post-Production

• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar software.
• Enhance videos with transitions, captions, music, sound effects, colour correction, and basic motion graphics.
• Edit and retouch photographs using Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Organize and maintain project files, raw footage, and creative assets.
• Ensure all visual content meets brand quality standards.

Creative Support

• Assist in planning shoot schedules and production requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest photography, videography, and editing trends.
• Collaborate with the creative team to execute client projects efficiently.
• Deliver projects within agreed timelines while maintaining quality.

Requirements

• Passion for photography, videography, and video editing.
• Basic knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and camera settings.
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar software.
• Creative eye for framing, lighting, composition, and storytelling.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working from the office and travelling to client locations when required.
• An own laptop is mandatory.
• Freshers and students are encouraged to apply.

Internship Details

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: 3,000 to 5000 per month (Inclusive of all allowances) as per performance

Work Mode: Work From Office

Location: Pallikaranai, Chennai

Candidates who complete the internship and demonstrate creativity, consistency, and commitment will be offered a Full-Time Videographer & Photographer position with a revised salary package.
