We are hiring a to write across Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and long-form YouTube.

This is a script role, not a content writing role. We are looking for someone who thinks in hooks, retention, and watch time. Someone who understands that the first 1.5 seconds of a Reel and the first 30 seconds of a YouTube video decide everything.

You will find the topics, write the scripts, and structure the videos. Every script starts with a topic that earns attention, a hook that stops the scroll, and a structure that holds people until the end.

Research trending topics for Reels, Shorts, and YouTube videos across our client industries (real estate, technology, professional services)

Write Reel and Shorts scripts: hook, body, CTA. Talking-head, voiceover, text-overlay, trending audio, B-roll-driven.

Write TikTok scripts and study TikTok-native storytelling: the loop, the bait-and-switch, the storytime structure

Write long-form YouTube scripts: cold open, hook, intro, value blocks, retention loops, CTAs that do not feel like CTAs

Adapt one topic across all three platforms. A single idea should become a Reel, a YouTube Short, and a long-form YouTube video.

Build a weekly content calendar with topic ideas and scripts ready for review

Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to brainstorm topics and generate hook variations. The final voice and angle are yours.

Track retention curves and drop-off points. Adjust your writing based on data.

Active on Instagram and YouTube. You watch, study, and dissect content. We will check your profiles.

You understand the difference between writing for short-form and long-form. Different platforms, different attention spans.

You think in hooks. You can explain why one hook outperforms another.

You can write a 30-second Reel script and a 10-minute YouTube outline on the same topic, and both feel native.

You can name a few creators whose scriptwriting style you study, not just enjoy.

You write tightly, with personality, and for the ear (since these are scripts, not blog posts).
