Our next phase is building authority and audience across multiple social media niches and we're using a proven, systematic approach to content, backed by advisors with a combined 1M+ followers on Instagram.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Junior Video Editor to join our in-house content team in Bangalore. You'll be editing short-form talking head reels across a range of niches for Instagram. Our research, scripting, and creator teams handle everything upstream your job is to take great footage and turn it into content that performs.

This is a highly experimental, fast-moving environment. You'll be working across multiple topics simultaneously, iterating quickly, and learning at a pace that's hard to match anywhere else. For reference on the content style, check out cyborggirll and fulldisclosure.ig on Instagram.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Edit talking head reels for Instagram, with a focus on pacing, hooks, captions, and sound design

Work across multiple content niches simultaneously variety is the norm, not the exception

Turn raw creator footage into polished, scroll-stopping short-form videos

Iterate quickly based on performance feedback and data

Collaborate closely with our research, scripting, and creator teams

Maintain a fast and consistent output without sacrificing quality

REQUIREMENTS

02 years of video editing experience a strong portfolio matters more than years on paper

Solid understanding of what makes Instagram reels perform: hooks, pacing, retention, and trends

Proficiency in at least one major editing tool: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut

Ability to produce multiple edits per day when required, without losing quality

Strong sense of ownership you take your work seriously and don't need to be chased

Comfortable working in a fast, experimental, high-output environment

NICE TO HAVE

Basic motion graphics or After Effects experience

Familiarity with trending formats across different Instagram niches

Previous experience editing content that has achieved strong organic reach or engagement
