Role Overview-

We are looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor who can deliver high-quality, fast-paced, and

engaging video content. The ideal candidate should have strong filmmaking, storytelling, music,

and sound design understanding, and be eager to learn new tools and workflows, especially in

AI-driven content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Edit videos for films, microdramas, and short-form content

Create engaging, story-driven edits

Add and sync background music and sound effects

Maintain continuity and smooth transitions

Enhance emotional impact using pacing and timing

Deliver fast without compromising quality

Collaborate with creative teams

Basic color correction

Required Skills

Editing:

Proficiency in editing tools

Strong understanding of pacing and transitions

Filmmaking:

Story structure and continuity understanding

Shot matching and visual rhythm

Music & Sound:

Music selection and SFX usage

Audio timing and sync

Problem-Solving Ability

Ability to fix rough footage

Creative solutions with limited resources

Making scenes work effectively
