Responsibility

Design and create visually pleasing and industry-leading motion graphics for video deliverables (social media creatives and advertisements, occasional corporate videos)

Collaborate with clients, creative teams, and stakeholders to understand project scope and objectives.

Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, typography, animation, etc., for graphic design.

Edit raw video footage, add special effects/elements, and enhance motion design to create visually compelling content.

Research and analyze best design techniques, emerging trends, and solutions to create standout motion graphics.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to share innovative design perspectives and new creative ideas.

Stay up-to-date with the latest graphic design, motion graphics, and animation trends, techniques, and tools.

Ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines, and high-quality design standards. Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

Excellent visual design skills,

Familiarity with special effects, 3D animation, compositing, and VFX is a plus. Personal Attributes: Creative thinker with the ability to think outside the box and push the boundaries of design. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects
