What you will do?

• Edit short-form video for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Meta ads in mainstream, trend-led styles that stop the scroll
• Stay on top of what is trending: formats, transitions, audio, memes, and hooks, and bring them into Rooftop content before they peak
• Record and edit end-to-end: you shoot it, you cut it, you ship it
• Ideate and create original content independently, without waiting on in-house creators or ready-made briefs
• Travel with creators and artists for on-location shoots, workshops, and cultural experiences
• Manage the content pipeline: organise raw footage, maintain the asset library, tag and archive files so nothing gets lost
• Track performance with the marketing team and iterate fast on what works

Who we are looking for?

• A sharp editing eye with hands-on experience in Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
• Fluency in current short-form trends and the instincts to adapt them to a brand voice
• Comfortable operating a camera or phone-first setup: framing, lighting, and audio basics
• A self-starter who pitches ideas and executes them solo when needed
• Willing to travel for shoots, sometimes on short notice
• Organised with data and files; you never lose a clip and your project folders make sense to others
• A genuine love for art, culture, and storytelling. If Indian folk art excites you, even better
