**Reporting To:** Content Writer & Social Media Manager

**Responsibility Deliverables**

- Editing high-quality Instagram reels and short-form videos from wedding footage, shoot footage, and behind-the-scenes material

- Executing the creative brief given by the Social Media Manager: concept, pacing, music direction, and reference style

- Color grading footage to Company's visual identity: warm, muted, editorial tones rather than oversaturated wedding-video treatment

- Selecting and syncing music that matches the brands energy: elegant and emotional, never loud or trend-chasing for its own sake

- Adding on-screen text, subtitles, and motion elements within the brands typography and design rules

- Sound design: clean audio, tasteful transitions, and detail work that elevates the final cut

- Delivering edits optimized for Instagram: correct aspect ratios, resolutions, safe zones, and export settings

- Organizing and maintaining the footage library so that raw material from every wedding and shoot is catalogued and retrievable

- Incorporating feedback quickly and delivering revisions within agreed timelines

- Managing multiple edits in parallel while protecting quality on every single one

**Desired Skills**

- You have strong hands-on proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or DaVinci Resolve with equivalent skill)

- You have a reel portfolio that demonstrates cinematic editing, strong pacing, and taste; this is mandatory and will be the primary basis of evaluation

- You understand color grading and can match a defined visual identity consistently across edits

- You have an instinct for rhythm: where to cut, when to hold, and how to build emotion in under 30 seconds

- You understand Instagram-native editing: hooks in the first two seconds, retention pacing, and platform formats

- You take creative direction well and can execute someone elses vision with precision while adding craft of your own

- You are organized with files, versions, and timelines, and reliable with deadlines

**Note:** This is a full-time role and will require working from the office, with travel to shoot and wedding locations as required.
