About the Role:

We are looking for a highly creative and driven Video Editor to join our creative team. Whether you are a talented fresher fresh out of media school or a junior editor looking to make a big impact, we want you! At EUME, we build premium lifestyle and travel gear, and our visual content needs to reflect that high-energy, premium aesthetic.

You wont just be stitching clips together; you will be a key storyteller. We need someone who understands pacing, modern visual flow, and trending audio, with a knack for turning raw footage into thumb-stopping content for social media, performance marketing ads, and brand films.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Editing: Assemble raw footage, manipulate graphics, align audio, and deliver polished edits for various platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube, Ads, and Brand Films).
• Creative Brainstorming: Collaborate closely with producers and directors to bring fresh visual ideas and transition styles to the table.
• Pacing & Sound Design: Select and sync background music and sound effects to ensure the video's rhythm matches the energy of the brand.
• Colour & Audio Polish: Basic colour correction/grading and audio balancing to ensure high-production value across all outputs.
• Format Optimisation: Re-formatting and optimising videos for different social platforms (vertical 9:16 vs. horizontal 16:9).
• Asset Management: Keeping project files and media organised for efficient archiving.
• What We Are Looking For A Killer Portfolio/Showreel: More than degrees or years of experience, your work speaks for itself. Show us your best cuts, storytelling flow, and creative transitions.
• Technical Proficiency: Good hands-on knowledge of industry-standard editing software (such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro).
• Creative Mindset: An eye for modern aesthetics, visual trends, typography, and what makes a video engaging in the first 3 seconds.
• Speed & Agility: Ability to manage deadlines and deliver quick turnarounds for trending social media content.
• Collaboration: A positive attitude, open to taking feedback and iterating on edits to match the brand voice.
