We are building an English-language YouTube media company focused on premium documentary content for audiences in the USA, Canada, the UK, Australia, and other English-speaking countries.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can transform research, scripts, and voiceovers into engaging documentary videos.

• Edit 815 minute documentary videos.
• Source and organize licensed stock footage, graphics, maps, and animations.
• Create cinematic storytelling with smooth pacing.
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, background music, and sound effects.
• Color correct and mix audio for a professional final product.
• Follow a consistent editing style across all videos.
• Deliver projects on schedule.

• At least 2 years of experience editing YouTube videos.
• Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Experience with After Effects or similar motion graphics software is a plus.
• Good understanding of YouTube audience retention and storytelling.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to accept feedback.

• Business documentaries
• Technology documentaries
• History documentaries
• Mystery and investigative documentaries
