Job Title: Junior Editor (Video & Photography)

Location: Dahisar, Mumbai (Work From Office)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is a passionate visual storyteller with a knack for creating engaging short and long-form content for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X. You should have a deep understanding of trends, audience hooks, and shock elements that drive impressions and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, shoot, and create viral reels for the brand.

Stay updated on trending content and incorporate these trends into videos.

Develop strong hooks and engaging short-form content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels.

Shoot and edit long-form content, including vlogs for YouTube and X.

Collaborate with models, influencers, studios, and artists to ensure seamless content creation.

Work with the operations team to plan and execute campaigns that align with the brands goals.

Maintain high video quality standards, including color grading, sound design, and storytelling.

Organize and manage raw footage, ensuring all assets are cataloged for easy access and future use.

Optimize videos for each platform, ensuring proper resolution, aspect ratio, and pacing.

Experiment with motion graphics, transitions, and text overlays to enhance visual appeal.

You will be responsible for idea generation with the team and bringing these ideas to life through shooting and editing content tailored to each platforms audience. A separate team member will handle posting across social platforms.

Requirements:

Proficiency in editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.

Experience with DSLR cameras and other professional photography/videography equipment.

A strong understanding of video trends and editing styles for different social media platforms.

Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining creative quality.

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams.
