Winsome Group is seeking a highly accomplished and technically strong *Vice President, Projects* to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large scale real estate developments across its expanding portfolio. The role requires a seasoned construction leader with deep expertise in *high rise residential and mixed use projects*, modern construction practices, project governance, and multidisciplinary team management.


This is a senior leadership position for a professional who can combine engineering excellence with strategic project oversight, ensuring that every development reflects Winsomes commitment to quality, trust, timely delivery, and long term value creation.


Key Responsibilities

The Vice President, Projects will be responsible for end to end project leadership, from pre construction planning to final handover.


The role will include:

  • Leading the execution of high rise and premium real estate projects across locations
  • Driving project planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring
  • Ensuring adherence to approved designs, engineering standards, safety norms, and quality benchmarks
  • Introducing and implementing the latest construction technologies, methods, and project management systems
  • Coordinating closely with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitoring cost efficiency without compromising project quality or brand standards
  • Building strong site governance, reporting systems, and review mechanisms
  • Identifying execution risks early and driving practical solutions to avoid delays
  • Ensuring timely approvals, regulatory compliance, and seamless coordination with relevant authorities where required
  • Mentoring and developing project teams to create a high performance execution culture
  • Supporting the companys multi city growth by establishing scalable project delivery systems


Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be a highly qualified civil engineering professional with strong leadership credentials and a proven track record in complex real estate project execution.


Preferred qualifications and experience include:

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed institution
  • Preference for candidates from IITs or other premier engineering institutions
  • Significant experience in delivering high rise residential or commercial projects
  • Strong knowledge of advanced construction technologies, project controls, contracts, and execution systems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects, contractors, and cross functional teams
  • Exposure to premium real estate, large township, or multi tower developments will be an advantage
  • Strong understanding of quality systems, safety practices, cost control, and delivery timelines
  • Excellent leadership, decision making, and stakeholder management capabilities


Experience Requirement

  • Ideally 18 to 25 years of relevant experience in real estate, infrastructure, or large scale construction
  • At least 8 to 10 years in senior project leadership roles
  • Proven experience in handling high rise construction projects is essential
