Vehicle Simulation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain vehicle dynamics models using Simpack, CarSim, CarMaker, Adams, Amesim, and MATLAB.
• Develop vehicle-specific variants from generic platform models.
• Perform simulations for ride, handling, braking, and steering performance.
• Validate simulation models against test data and verification results.
• Update models based on design changes and engineering modifications.
• Analyze and present simulation results to stakeholders.
• Support process improvements and modeling best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or related Engineering discipline.
• 610 years of experience in CAE modeling and vehicle dynamics simulation.
• Expert proficiency in Simpack and/or CarSim (mandatory).
• Experience with CarMaker, Adams, Amesim, and MATLAB is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of suspension, steering, braking, and vehicle dynamics systems.
• Proven experience in model development and validation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

• Experience in automotive platform development and vehicle variants.
• Ability to improve modeling efficiency and simulation processes.
