Job Description: Valuations Analyst

Location:Mumbai, Bangalore

Reporting To: Micromarket CEO

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Valuations Analyst to drive pricing intelligence and market insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze real estate market data to derive pricing and valuation insights
• Enhance and refine pricing/valuation models using structured datasets
• Maintain and manage large datasets for trend analysis and decision-making
• Collect and map unit-level property data for analytics and intelligence systems
• Work on both field data collection and desk-based analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve data accuracy and usability
• Identify market trends, anomalies, and investment signals

Candidate Profile

• 1+ years of experience in Data Analysis / Valuation / Real Estate Analytics
• Background in Engineering, Data Science, Economics, or Finance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with large datasets and structured data systems
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong communication and structured thinking

Preferred Skills

• Excel / Google Sheets (advanced level)
• SQL / Python (good to have)
• Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Understanding of real estate market dynamics
• Experience in pricing models or valuation frameworks
