Job Title: REVS Analyst

Location: Bengaluru (5 Days Onsite)

Shift: 2pm to 11pm IST or 4pm to 1pm IST

Position Overview:

Client is looking to expand their team who will be responsible for helping the valuation process of commercial real estate properties

Essential Job Functions:

The day-to-day work will consist of:

Prepare quarterly/Annual appraisals with the support of MAI certified appraisers

Review and analyze budgets and final financial statements

Complete cash flow and portfolio analytics on client funds

Complete quarterly summary reporting

Complete Argus Enterprise Review/Audit services

Prepare 10-year cash flow projection using Argus Enterprise thereby reading through appraisal reports, leases, Rent Roll and financial statements

Assist with overflow work from another daily account, which is more of an appraisal focus

Qualifications/ Requirements:

The ideal candidates would have a wide range of skills that could include:

Masters / Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, and/or real estate

2 8 years of commercial real estate experience

Experience in financial modelling

Proficient in valuation methods and approaches

Attention to detail and analytically minded

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to meet deadlines, self-motivated, and execute at a high level

Proficient in using excel, work, PowerPoint and other Microsoft office tools

Experience in Argus Enterprise would be a plus

Professional degree like CFA, MRICS, CPA/CA, FRM would be a plus
