Role Description

As a USMLE Jr Tutor at Next Steps, you will be responsible for delivering personalized tutoring sessions to prepare students for the USMLE exam. This includes reviewing medical concepts, creating structured lesson plans, assisting with test strategies, and providing feedback on student performance. You will be working collaboratively with other team members to develop high-quality content and resources. This is a full-time, remote role.

Qualifications

• Good scores in USMLE Steps.
• ECFMG certification is a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of USMLE syllabus and medical concepts.
• Strong teaching ability with skills in tutoring and mentoring students.
• Capability to create clear and structured lesson plans tailored to student needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical thinking related to medical studies.
• Prior experience in USMLE preparation or teaching medical entrance exams is a plus.
• A medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) is highly desirable.
